We are the manufacturer. Anji Fuhe Furniture has made office chairs in Anji, Zhejiang since 2003, on our own plant, under the LIANFENG brand. The chairs you see are made on our floor, not bought in and re-sold.
It depends on the chair and whether you want OEM or ODM, so we quote MOQ per enquiry rather than publish one number that would be wrong for most orders. Tell us the chair and your target market and we will give you a realistic minimum and the price-break points.
We build and test our office chairs to EN 1335 in Europe and ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 in the US, and we arrange third-party reports per order. We do not claim a blanket "certified" status, because the right report depends on the model and your destination. Tell us your market early and we scope the exact testing into the programme.
Yes — private label is standard. Your logo, colourway, printed manuals and master-carton artwork all go on under an OEM or ODM agreement, and we confirm the branding on a sample before production.
We build a physical sample so you can confirm fit, mesh/cover and mechanism before anything tools. Sample and courier costs are usually the buyer’s, and are often credited against a confirmed order — we agree this in writing per programme so there are no surprises.
For a chair on a platform we already tool, production starts soon after sample approval. A new ODM development adds weeks for tooling and a sampling round. We give you a realistic date with the quote rather than an optimistic one we cannot hold.
Ergonomic chairs are the most adjustable — full mesh, lumbar, 4D arms, synchro-tilt. Executive chairs are higher-backed and heavier-built for managers, on aluminium bases, in mesh or leather. Mesh task chairs are the value workhorse for open-plan offices and tenders. They share mechanisms, which keeps quoting and spare parts simple.
Office chairs ship knocked-down where possible to cut volume, one chair per carton. We optimise for full-container loads and can advise on chairs-per-container for your models and on carton strength for your handling.
