Office chairs made to your label
Two ways to work with Fuhe: send a finished spec and we build it under your brand (OEM), or come with a market and a price and our design team develops the chair around it (ODM). Both run on the same plant and the same tested mechanisms.
OEM — your spec, our line
If you already know the chair you want, OEM is the direct path. You send drawings, a golden sample or a detailed spec; we match the mechanism, mesh or cover and the finish, confirm it on a sample, then produce it under your brand. It is usually the faster route, because we are matching a known target instead of inventing one.
ODM — your market, our development
ODM suits buyers who know their channel and price point but not the exact chair. Our in-house design team brings the tilt mechanisms, moulds and mesh library and develops a chair to hit your number. The honest trade-off is time — development and a sampling round add weeks — and for very small runs it often is not worth it. We will tell you up front whether it is.

From brief to container, in four steps
No step gets skipped — especially the sample. A confirmed physical chair in your hands is the cheapest insurance against a container of the wrong thing.
Brief & feasibility
You send a spec, a sample or a target price. We tell you straight whether to start from a platform we tool (fast) or develop a new chair (slower).
Sample & approval
We build a physical sample to confirm fit, mesh/cover, mechanism and finish. Nothing tools until you have signed off a unit in your hands.
Testing & compliance
We bench-build to EN 1335 / BIFMA X5.1 and arrange the third-party report your destination market needs.
Production & shipping
We run the order, pack knock-down for the ocean leg, and ship FCL with your label, manuals and carton artwork.
The parts that carry your brand
Branding & packaging
Logo, colourway, printed manuals, master-carton artwork and barcodes to your spec.
Build & materials
Mechanism, mesh weight or cover grade, foam density, base finish and gas-lift class.
Compliance
Testing scoped to your destination — EN 1335 or ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 reports arranged per programme.
Send your spec — we'll give you the real lead time
